Exploring The Riches Of Redemption by David O. Oyedepo

Redemption is a spiritual, comprehensive insurance for a life of dignity. It is not limited to the soul and the spirit, it covers all areas of human endeavours. For whosoever the son of man has set free, he shall be free all round.
The Psalmist was speaking in Psalm 103:1-5,
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
This is a prophetic insight to our redemptive package in Christ. So, you are not born again to suffer again, you are born again to reign again.

Christianity is no mere religion, Christianity is life. Jesus said in John 10:10,
...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
If you are born again, you are born again to reign again! You are not born again to suffer again, no!
But if you are not born again, you are bound to suffer.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Romans 3:23
Anyone who is not born again cannot partake of the glory of redemption. New birth is not for fun. It is no religion. Rather, it represents a change of status that places you far above all principalities, power and dominion.
Salvation in Christ is your only way out of destruction. Many who are born again do not know the worth of the redemptive ticket they carry. That is the whole essence of this book - to make you see the benefits loaded in your redemption. Your salvation is not just an escape route to heaven as it were, no! There is more to it.
We have been called unto glory and virtue, yet many are suffering and dying under shame and reproach. But there is a way out!
Your salvation experience becomes strengthened as you encounter wisdom and knowledge. That is exactly what this book will deliver to you. By the encounter you will have in this book, I see the veil torn off your mind, and the sunlight of God dawning upon you. I see curtains open and every closed destiny released!
When you know your redemptive rights and positioning, you will develop and constantly carry a victory mentality.
Until you know and have an understanding of who you are, by virtue of your new birth, you may still remain in the very bondage of Satan from which Jesus has already set you free. But when you know these things - the things that accompany salvation (Heb. 6:9) - it becomes easy for you to appropriate your liberty.
Jesus came on an everlasting mission to restore man to the life of God which Adam lost to Satan. Before Jesus came, man was in a perishing state, strippped of all honour, dignity and power. Man had lost control of every aspect of life and had come under the control of the evil one.
Without Christ, anyone who is not born again is still in the state of perishing under Satan's reign of terror. Only through Christ can anyone enter the covenant and be rescued.
Through Christ, God once again, re-established man in his position of dominion, where he has control over all things. Man can once again live supernaturally on the earth. But this calls for knowledge.
Psalm 82:5 says,
They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
The manifestation of the supernatural life requires knowledge. A consciousness of your divine nature will change your attitude towards life and things. You will be so settled about the issues of life that, when men are running helter skelter, you will be at peace.
The world is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God - that is, those who through an understanding of their divine heritage in Christ, can operate like God on earth. Such ones will be able to exercise total dominion over all issues of life, bringing deliverance to many. They will think, talk and live in the realm of dominion where all things are possible with them. They will have things the way they want it, just like the Word of God has said.
By the understanding you will encounter in this book, Satan will no longer rob or cheat you again.
Many are born again today, yet they have nothing tangible to show for their Christianity; - they can hardly be differentiated from the rest of the world. They are also subject to all the buffetings and intimidations of the devil. They are ruled by fear, plagued by diseases, poverty and lack.
Why is it so? They are victims of ignorance!
Understanding your redemptive rights and privileges, is the master key to freedom and a life of fulfilment.
Friend, the new birth is much more than merely responding to an altar call. An indepth understanding of your new status in Christ is required to reflect the heavenly life here on earth.
